A message from Athens states the British Fleet, under Admiral Sir Osmond Dehenuvoir Brock, on arriving there, for the purpose of signifying the resumption of normal relations, found n crisis in the Greek army and navy, many officers of which had been demonstrating against the Minister ol Marine on the grounds of favouritism in appointments. Many have been sent to prison. Conequmitly the reception of the British lacked the expected felicitations.
