Japan has entered into an experiment to make her peoplo larger in stature, through consumption of milk, and is negotiating for large purchases of milch cows in the United States. The California Dairy Council announces that Dr. Miynwaki (Professor of Dairying in Hikkaido University) is en route to Japan with a big shipment of purebred dairy stock purchased in the United States.
