ISJOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waimate County Council held on the 28th day of May, 1924, the following Resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on the 22nd day of July, 1924, at 10 a.m., at the County Council Chambers, Queen Street, Waimate. RESOLUTION. “That in pursuance of the powers given in Section 131 of “The Counties Act 1920,” Clause C. this Council by way of Special Order hereby declares the following roads to be Main Roads: — “The Public Road from Waimate Borough Boundary to its junction with the Main South Road at McNamara’s Corner. The Public Road from the Waimate Borough Boundary to its junction with the Main South Road at Deep Creek Corner.
