The people of British Columbia’s capital turned out to-day and gave joyous acclaim to the marines of the British Fleet who, headed by their hand, paraded the principal streets. There was an elaborate series of functions for the officers and men. It has been arranged that the Fleet will leave for Vancouver on June 25th.
