FASCIST VIOLENCE.
WILD DOINGS AT TURIN. TERRORISING THE CITIZENS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, June 24. “The Times” Rome correspondent says that serious Fascist disorders occurred at Turin during the week-end. Bands of Fascists over-ran the streets and entered cafes and restaurants, terrorising and beating peaceful citizens, twenty of whom were seriously injured. They then tried to storm the offices of the “Stampa,” but were driven back by Carabiniers. Other Fascists entered private residences including that of Senator Frassati, editor of “Stampa,” and considerably damaged the furniture. Fascist violence is reported in othei parts of the country.”
