To the Editor of the ‘'Timaru Herald." Sir, —Will you kindly permit me to make some corrections ior error, and omissions in the report of: the South School social, which 1 supplied von with. The dam-er of the sailors’-horn-pipe should have rea l ‘‘Master Douglas Brown,” Miss Hewit (violin), .Miss Hull i saxophone 1. and Mr 'Booth (hasnoiie), gratuitously assisted with the dance music, whilst Mrs A. Hyndmnn end Mr W. Lewis played extras, and Misses Mabel Sinclair and Connie Bolls contributed a pianoforte due;, placing the piece with winch they won the competition at Onmaru. 1. tender my sincere apologies to the above mimed for the error and omissions from the report. —I am, etc..
