A copyrighted despatch from New York to the Baltimore “Sun,” says: “Mr Woodrow Wilson’s last political will and testament, is a document of party principle and policy, to be held by a group of his followers before the members of the Resolutions Committee, when the time comes to write the Democratic platform.” The policy is:— On foreign relationships, for “straightout and straightforward membership of the United States in the League of nations; Abandonment of the farcial policy of unofficial observation; Adherence of the nation to the permanent International Court of Justice under the League of nations, with no nullifying reservations; Liberal attitude towards prohibition.”
