REPORT OF SPECIAL INQUIRY. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Received 12.35 a.m., June 19. DUBLIN, June 17. The committee enquiring into the recent mutiny in the Army, reported that no evidence was tendered in support of the allegation of incompetence and muddling. It declared it found no existence within the Army of a body to further personal political objects and impose their views on the civil Government. The report described the reorganisation inside the Army of the Irish Republican Brotherhoods, as a disastrous error of judgment, and considered that Colonel Mulcahey should have Informed the Executive of Council of the reorganisation.
