CHAOS IN CHINA.
CITY BESIEGED FOR THREE MONTHS. By Cabl6 —Press Association —Copyright. PEKIN, June 15. The City of Kweilin has been closely besieged for over three months. Twenty British and American missionaries are there. It is reported that the population is-in the last stage of famine. No news has been received from the missionaries. The Foreign Office states that four missionaries were captured when trying to reach Kweilin from Wuchow. They started against the officials advice and walked open-eyed into a bandit lair.
