TT is hereby notified that under thi provisions of the Regulation! contained in the "New Zealand Gaz etto” of the 7th June, 1923, an elec tlon will be held for the purpose o electing two producers’ representa tives of the New Zealand Meat Pro ducers .Board in accordance with thi following procedure: (a) An Electoral Committee o twenty-five delegates shall elect tin two producers’ representatives. (b) For the purpose of the elec tion of the said twenty-five delegate the Board has divided New Zealam into Electoral Districts as under, am the number of delegates to be electei for each Electoral District is a shown herein;. — Sheep .District. The form of nomination is of tainable upon application to the ur dersigned, by whom nominations wi: be received at the Board’s Office u to noon on the 16tli July, 1924. (d) The list of persons entitled t vote for delegates to the Electors Committee (in such Electoral Dn tricts where an election may be nt cessary) has been prepared by th Board, and is based on the Offich Return of Sheepowners as at til 30th April, 1923, after deleting pei sons, companies, or other corpora tions owning less than one hundre sheep. Ballot-papers wall be poste to electors in due course. (e) Nomination of producers ro presentative on the Board: No pei son shall be eligible for election a a producers’ representative unles lie has been nominated by a sheei farmer as aforesaid and his nomint tion has been seconded by anothe such sheep-farmer, and lie has ai cepted nomination in writing. The form of nomination is obtan able upon application to the undei signed, by whom nominations will h received at the Board’s Office up t noon on the 14th August, 1924.
