ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL.
CANADIANS IN AUSTRALIA-.
Bj —Pr»s« Association—Coorrl gilt. (Received June 15, 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, June 14; In the second test match Canada defeated Australia by a goal to nil, after a hard, fast, but unattractive game. The visitors changed their tactics, relying on robust rather than scientific play. There were many breaches of the rules on both sides, but the Canadians were the principal offenders. The Australians gave a masterful display of open game, but were defeated at the critical test by the visitors' strength in defence.
