SOVIET WAR THREATS.
Not Feared by Rumania. SILENT WARFARE BEING WAGED. By Cable Pro** Association—Copyright Received 6.5 p.m., June 15. LONDON, June 14. Mr H. G. Greenwell, special correspondent for the “Daily Express,’’ on the Russo-Rumanian frontier, says:— “Russia is waging a silent war against Rumania, by midnight marches of troops and other forms of pressure and intimidatory propaganda.” Mr Greenwell expresses the opinion that this may continue indefinitely or suddenly set the Balkans aflame. Rumania's view is that Russia is bluffing, and is not ready for an offensive this year.
