A fire occurred soon after midnight in the premises of Messrs Kingsland Bros, and Anderson, wool and skin merchants, situated behind a closely-built block in Tay Street. The flames soon had a strong hold, and they spread to the roof of the Albion Picture Theatre,
Tim brigade marie a splendid save, and Ihe main damage was confined to the storeroom, which contained about £4OOO worth of rabbit skins, and other produce, valued at £ISOO. The stock is covered in the National Insurance Company by an open policy up at £15,0 00.
