(Received June 13, 9.15 p.m.) (Reuter’s Telegram.) ' new YORK, June 12. Mr George Wightman, president of the United States Tennis Association, announces the appointment of tour members of a committee, who with others of their own selection, will coilsir the interpretation of the playerwriter amateur rule. The men named are, Mr William Tildeu, Mr S. W. Merrihew (who is opposed to the prevailing interpretation), and Mr J. W. Mersereru, and Mr Arthur HeJlen (members of the Amateur Rules’ Committee) .
