REVOLT IN ALBANIA.
SUCCESS OF NATIONAL ARMY.

The Albanian Legation states that the National Army captured Elbassan and occupied Tirana without fighting. The ex-Premier, who was defending the capital, escaped with all the members of the Government and their partisans. They have gone to Italy. All the country is m the hands of the Nationalists, and the revolution has practically ended.
