Yorkshire’s only lower totals have been 26 against Surrev, at the oval in 1919, and 32 against Notts in 1876. AFRICANS DEFEAT CAMBRIDGE. Hr Oablo—Pres* r^nTr—n LONDON. Juno 10. Africa, in the second innings made 179. Mover look 5 for 79, White 3 for 30. Cambridge, in the second innings made 197—White (not out) 53 Bowling- Carter took 5 for 64, Nupon 3 for 42. Africa won by 125 runs. A feature of the African’s innings was Carter’s howling. He took four wickets with 18 balls. Nupen took three with 9.
