The “Daily Telegraph’s” political observer says the British Government is now in possession of a full explana tion from Wilheiinstrasse, regarding the position between Germany ami Russia. 'Die German Government is fully alive to the advantages of trade with Russia, but affirms that Bolshevik propaganda is unceasing, and declares it holds proof that every move of the German Communists, in eluding active rebellion, lias been undertaken on the direct orders from Moscow'. German information is that the internal situation in Russia is becoming worse. The extremists aro sweeping all moderates out of office. Every (Herman firm which stayed long enough in the Russian business has been ruined by a system of extortion, bribery, and corruption, which denies the safety of personal property.
