CRIMINAL ASSAULT.
ATTACK ON NONAGENARIAN. OPOTTKI, June 11. Hilton Cresswcll (38) was charged with breaking and entering the residence of Mrs Margaret Moody, aged 91, with intent to commit a crime, and with indecently assaulting Mrs Moody. Accused told the police he was drunk and was only defending himself. Accused was committed for trial.
