TROTTING ASSOCIATION. By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, June 10. A meeting cf the Board ot' the New Zealand Trotting Association, decided to notify Mr J. R. Corrigan that on future occasions, when he disposes of horses, the Board must be advised of the sale by the vendor, as well as by the buyer. The Royal Agricultural Society wrote asking what classes for trotters the Association would suggest for inclusion in the schedule of the Royal Show, also what donation the Association would give towards prizes for trotters. It was decided to recommend that classes be arranged for trotting stallion and mare, and pacing stallion and mare, and £IOO was allotted for prize money. It was decided to ask the clubs to assist the Association in making up the amount.

An appeal committee appointed by the Racing Conference dismissed an appeal lodged by the Farmers’ Distributing Co. against a disqualification ot the racing mart: Regard, formerly leased hv James Kenny.
