General Smuts has concluded a political lour of all the provinces. lie says the prospects of the South African Party at the elections are excel lent. He claims that the people now realised the significance of the pact between the Nationalists and the Labour Party, and there has been a swing round of feeling ori that account. He predicts that the people will decisively reject the pact.
