LABOUR PROPOSES CHANGES,

The “Morning Post” says that details of the Banking Bill will bo awaited with interest, but broadly speaking the lines proposed appear well designed to overcome some of the problems of currency and exchange, which have so hampered Imperial trade with Australia during the past year.
