The "Daily Express” special correspondent at Constantinople understands that the British Minister at Athens has informed the Foreign Office that Greece is determined to enter Albania to protect her interests if Jugo-Slavia carries out her present intention of occupying portions of Albania.
Italy is accused of stirring up the Albania trouble in order to secure a strip of coast. Matters are complicated by an American company seeking oil concessions.

INSURGENTS CAPTURE SCUTARI

The civil war is spreading in Albania. The insurgents have captured Scutari, and are marching on Tirana. They have seif an ultimatum to the Government demanding its resignation.
The Government troops at Alessio, which is being attacked, are in a critical position.
