Mr F. L, Wooles’s Forecast. Moderate to strong northerly to westerly winds, weather fair and warmer for a short time; but expect a cold stormy change and rain following in a day or two. Dominion Meteorologist. Present indications are for easterly winds, backing to northorlios, and increasing strong to gale ; weather unsettled, cloudy and misty, with rain following generally. Barometer falling everywhere.
