The Secretary of the Post and Telegraph Department has received the following message from tho officer in charge of the Itadio Station, Awanui, broadcasted from Sydney, 1.55 p.m.:— “Naval reports: H.M.A.S. Fantome reports uncharted shoal in latitude 20 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds south; longitude 149 degrees 16 minutes east, with depth of 19 feet. Also uncharted shoal of 23 feet in hit. 20 degrees 51 minutes south; long. 149 degrees 16 minutes east. A safe berth should bo given this locality.”
