MINIATURE RIFLES.
TIMARU CLUB. The Timaru Miniature Rifle Club held its two nightly shoots on the T.M.C.A. range last Aveek. Each Avcek improved markmanship is shown. For the first stage of W. Wade’s trophy W. Coavlcs won , after consistent shooting. For the second stage of this trophy the following members tied : —J. Waters, T. Tutty, F. Bartos, F. Hodge, W. Jones, J. Thomas, W. Rennie and F. Lewis. The highest scores off the rifle for the week were —F. Bartos, F. Hodge 70, W. Wade, T. Tutty, W. Jones, J. Thomas, and F. Lewis 09; P. Foden, J. Waters, W. Coavlcs and E. Borry 68; R. Seaman, F. Chittock, TV: Donmtliorne and E. Williams 67. Shooting Avill continue on Friday night, the aggregate starting the folloAving Aveek.
