Mr F. L. Woo!ea> Fresh northerly winds, changing to strong southerly shortly 3 weather becoming very cold and stormy shortly, with rain and snow in the back country. Dominion Meteorologist. Indications are for northerly to westerly winds, increasing strong to gale 3 cloudy unsettled weather with rain following generally 5 heavy rain with rising rivers in Mest Coast and southernmost districts of the Soutii Island 3 barometer falling everywhere.
