A TRUCE OFFERED

The “Daily Express” Constantinople correspondent reports that Greece offers Turkey a truce and illfrontier towns of Knragatch and Denotica instead of the wav indemnity which she states she is unable to pay. The Turks are reported to he pleased with the offer, which lias been sent to Ismet Pasha.
