Lancashire 107, Yorkshire 126 for five wickets. The match was abandoned owing to rain. Kilner took 5 for 33. Middlesex 312 and 149 for 7 wickets (Hearne 140 and 57 not out) beat Sussex 310 and 149. Hearne took 6 for 83 and 6 for 54.
