Results:— HURDLES Hyttus 1, Panchito 2, Stilts 3.' Scratched: Warguard. Won by three lengths. Time, 2min 55 l-ssec. HIKUTAIA HACK HANDICAP— Jolly Gay 1, Loch Abbey 2, Irene Bruce 3. Won by a' head. Time, lmin 27 l-ssec. WAITEKAURI HANDICAP—GoId Rain 1, Blackeyed Susan 2, Muria 3. All started. -Himpo ran into second place, but Was disqualified owing to I returning to scale Jib short weight. Won by a head. Time, lmin 17 'l-SS6P •/ v PAEROA HANDICAP —Lord Star 1, Regent 2, Gold Bud 3. Scratched: Namutere and Forest Gold. Won by threequarters of a length.
