SHOT AT SIGHT. IRELAND’S LATEST. BY CABLE-PRESS ASSN.—.COPYRIGHT London, March 16. A Dublin correspondent states' that the military has issued the captured rebel “Black List,” dettailin’g fourteen classes of persons whom it' is decreed must he shot at sight. t It includes members of the Dail supporting executions, members 'of the firing party, judges, government solicitors, certain detailed Senators, military officers of all ranks, civilian and military officials employed in different Ministerial headquarters, aggressive civilian supporters of the executions, and proprietors and directors of the press hostile to the republic, including senior officials, such as editors, subeditors and leader writers. A further captured list mentions persons whose property must he destroyed and includes all Senators, persons representing the British Government, and barristers and solicitors appearing in the courts without republican permit. —A. and N.Z.
