THE ENTENTE
WILL IT LAST? LEAGUE INTERVENTION. BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT PARIS, March 15. “Le Temps,” commenting on the Ruhr debate in the House of Commons, is of opinion that the majority of the British people desire a continuance ot the Entente. The League’s intervention would not guarantee Franco nor lead to a real solution of the reparations problem. It only gives Germanyfurther delay. . , “Lo Matin’s” Berlin correspondent states that Herr Cuno does not object to seeking a way out of the present situation, but some members of the Cabinets strongly oppose it. _ It is expected that he will issue another plan of reparations, if only to say that France again refuses to listen to the voice of reason. —A. and M./j.
