London, March 6. “The Times” Paris correspondent states that though the Government denies that occupation is as much concerned with security as with reparations, there is little doubt that when negotiations actually begin they will deal with every side to the problem; that the Versailles Treaty will be re moulded, and that France will again put. forward claims not granted in \ 1919.
