Messrs Morton and ' Pearson report for last week as follows: —

Heavy supplies of stone fruit came forward and prices were very low, Peaches, especially being oversupplied. Raspberries mot with a good inquiry and supplies were equal to the demand. Consignments of Tomatoes wero lighter and prices firmed slightly. Prices realised were':—

Poultry—A good entry was penned on .Friday. Prices realised, were:— Hens light 3s to 4s Rd a pair, heavy m 9d to 7s a pair, ducks Gs 9d a pair, bantams 3s Rd a, pair. A lull entry of furniture and sundries was offered at auction on. Friday. There was a- very good attendance of the public and satisfactory prices l were obtained for all lots sold.
