Owiug to tfie American and French, demand for coal, tfie ports of South Wales are crowded with, ships, whereof 115 arrived during the last three days. Three hundred and fifteen vessels are now in dock, and 48 steamers ivero unable to find berths. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
