DISTRICT NURSE
Owing to the rapidly increasing num’Oer of calls oil the service of the District Nurse, the Mary Raymond Nurse Committeo have decided to make a public appeal for funds for the purpose of procuring a motor car to enable the nurse to continue the good work. The nurse’s visits are confined to those who cannot afford to pay ordinary nursing fees. Consequently it is a real work of charity to enable the nurse to attend all patients that send for her, and the Society particularly wish not to he forced to refuse anyono the Nurse’s trained services. Subscriptions towards the procuring of a car may be forwarded to this office, or to the Rev. T. AVilson Potts, chairman of the committee, and all subscriptions received will bo acknowledged through the columns of the ‘Herald.” Donations already received are: £ s d
