BARIS, October 6. General Ludcudorff, inteiview cd, said it was quite possible to establish a lasting agreement between Germany and France. That the two nations should come to an agreement was as much in the interests oi Geimauy as of France. Tlie French policy since the war had strengthened German conviction that France is determined to crush Germany completely. J.ins explained tlie ever-growing animosity of a largo number ot Germans towards France. This animosity would disappear the moment tho French Government resolved to modify the policy ‘directed against Germany.
