Ongaroto Murder

RETRIAL COMMENCED. Per Press Association. HAMILTON, August 2. The second trial of Hakaraia Te Kalin for the murder of Richard Elliott at Ongaroto on Easter Sunday was commenced this morning. In the first trial on June 24 the jury disagreed. The Court was crowded, and the prisoner was showing no signs of distress. Dr Bertram gave evidence of tho examination of the body.
