TIMARU CLUB. Good all round markmanship was nocaole at last week's snoounig, new members allowing up prominently. Tlie veterans, J. Nevvlands and J. I'oneycline sen., are regular atienders. C. In the Challenge match J. Roddick and A. Stewart were equal with a score of 70 each.

HILTON CLUB
At the weekly shoot of the Hilton Club on Wednesday last a trophy presented by Mr F. Fletcher was very keenly shot for, several possibles being put up, and the trophy was secured by N. Green >vith tiie possible 7U. Other good acores were: E. Green, P. Pierce 70, N. McGarva 68, L. Beattie 67. The club has decided to enter teams for the B. and C. grades in the S.C. Championships, and the first round mil ba shot off on Friday nest on the local range. Judging by the results of the weekly shoots both teams should take good places in the competition.
