Wigmore, of St. John, Customs, Mr E. K. Spinney, of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, without portfolio. Tho former Ministers retain their old offices, except Mr Meighan, who takes External Affairs. Mr Longhead takes Interior, Mr Ca.lder is president of the Council plus Immigration. The portfolios of iSnldiprs Re-establishment and SolicitorGeneral are still vacant. Mr McCurdv takes Public W r orks.
