OTTAWA, July 12. Further appointmeuts to the Cabinet are, old members, Mr C. J. Doherty, f-, 11 ' A ", E .- Kciu Pj Mr E. Blondin, and J)i Tolinie, and new members, Mr R. Wigmore, of St. John, Customs, Mr E. K. Spinney, of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, without portfolio. Tho former Ministers retain their old offices, except Mr Meighan, who takes External Affairs. Mr Longhead takes Interior, Mr Ca.lder is president of the Council plus Immigration. The portfolios of iSnldiprs Re-establishment and SolicitorGeneral are still vacant. Mr McCurdv takes Public W r orks.
Eight former members of the Government, namely, Sir Geo. Foster Sir James A. Longhead, the Hons ' H Guthrie, J A. Calder, A. L. Sifton, I. D Reid, G. I). Robertson and Sir H L. Drayton, with Mr F. B. McCurdy m, ne £~ .¥ llust er, have been sworn in The Cabinet will probably be com Dieted tu-day.
