There is fine weather for the Prince's arrival. The city is gaily decorated. Immense crowds gathered along ' the line of route in the principal streets. The demonstrations locally are similar to those in other capitals. ' The Prince had an interesting overland journey, in the midst of blacks, dingoes and salt bush. ' He took a bet by wire on. Aintree in the Grand National Steeplechase. The horse lost Ida jockey.
