The chairman reported the bank balance was £IBO 7s lOd. The rates received . amounted to £2S7 8s lid and outstanding rates were £ll 16s Bd. The clerk read the list of ratepayers in arrears, and it was decided that the clerk should send out final notices, and that all rates unpaid after - April- 14 should bo sited for. Dr Milne wrote requesting repairs to the road, at the comer of Shere Street and Railway Terrace, and it was decided 'that the work should be done. It was agreed to raise .the clerk's salary by- £5 to £4O a year. Thej Reserves Committee were asked to report on the creek reserve. It was agreed that when the township iscleaned up the silt and soil on -the roads should be deposited on this reserve. A letter was received, from Mr A.
