Anglo-Belgian complicity regarding the outbreak of the war have been disproved by Colonel Schwerifeger, whom the German Government commissioned to examine the documents. Colonel Schwerifeger declares that no document existed showing an unneutral attitude on Belgium's part, and adds that the German Government raJsely interpreted the documents, and committed many forgeries in order to deceive the German people.
