Only to-day the writer was crossing .frori a b.V-street when a. car driven at from twenty-five to - thirty mi'es an hour flashed, bv. "Furious driving, the reader will sav. That docs not alter the fact of these dangerous corners "We hav9 legislation for m-my purposes. "Whv not legislate for all corners rf roads and ■ streets to be rounded off, and fences to 1- p sloped-to give a view of train" cominf: in an opposite direction I hope that this letW will arouse some sympathv for those whn in the --ourse pf thpir dailv work of motor driving face these risks. The dreaded cornc- at the fool of Wai-ili mad by the Bay viaduct is still unaltered. — I am, etc.. STEADY DRIVER.
