Money orders and registered letters 11.45 a.m. Cooks, packets, and newspapers 12.15 p.m., and ordinary letters at 12.45 p.m. HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS. FOR THE KING'S BIRTHDAY. JUNE 3.
