Professor David Todd, _ astronomer, will observe tho solar eclipse on May 29th from a hydroplane at an elevation of from ten to fifteen thousand feet. The hydroplane will be transported on board a steamer to a point in the Atlantic approximately 500 miles southwest of Freetown, Sierra Leone, where the flight will be made. The hydropiano will return to the steamer's deck when photographs have been taken and observations made. rTRIBUTE TO Ttf AORIS. LONDON, May 24.
