Professor David Todd, _ astronomer, will observe tho solar eclipse on May 29th from a hydroplane at an elevation of from ten to fifteen thousand feet. The hydroplane will be transported on board a steamer to a point in the Atlantic approximately 500 miles southwest of Freetown, Sierra Leone, where the flight will be made.
