It is reported from Berlin that the German Government adheres to its refusal to permit the landing of troops at Dantzig. The Allies emphasised the point that they do not wish to occupy Dantzig, and only -want the ' right of passage through. , FOCH TO SEE IT THROUGH., PARIS, March 31.
