Everything points to the supreme necessity for a definite policy in combating Bolshevism. , After a debate the Chamber passed a vote* of con r fidence in the Government by 303 votes to 131. ' The Socialists hotjy denounced armed intervention uT Russia, and demanded refusal of credits for the maintenance of tho French troops, ' M. Renaudtel said the policy of the Peace' Conference was distinctly one of democracy. Bolsheviks should be asked to enter tho League of Nations. TROTSKY'S ARMY. TO INVADE THE WEST.
