Word was received in Christchurch yesterday of the death in action in Franco on August 3rd of Corporal Goorpo Geddes Todd, who enlisted in the 1-lth Reinforcements. Deceased was nreviouslv enmloved in the office of Walter Hill and Co., wool merchants. Christchurch. and was a brother of Mr D. T. Todd, schoolhouse. Milford. and of Mrs Robin Gray, Orari Gorge.
