In a crowded house the President began reading the Emperor's congratulations on tlbe conclusion of peace with Ukraine, when the Poles quitted the Chamber, singing the Polish National Anthem. The Czechs demanded a cessation of hostilities with Russia. A great uproar followed, the Czechs shouting, "Down with Von Seidler." | >
