PARiIS, Feb. 21. ■ The Government is not obstructing the sending of delegates to the London inter-Allied Conference. ,The delegates received a mandate to favour tlio returning of occupied colonies to their pre-war owners;, and also to favour the economic open door. Tho general confederation of labour demands a referendum in Alsace and Lorraine, under the guarantee of an international commission.
